Shipping

• All orders with flat items (heat transfers and stickers) are mailed worldwide via USPS stamped envelope with free shipping — tracking is not included.

  • USPS stamped mail can take 7–14 business days for U.S. orders and up to 21 business days for international orders.

• If you are in the U.S. and want tracking, you can choose USPS Priority Mail (1 to 3 days) at checkout for an additional cost.

• Shipping timelines are from the mailing date, not the order date.

• You will receive an email notification once your order has been mailed.

All orders, except for Mail Club subscriptions, are packed and mailed within 3 business days.

Flat mail: All orders mailed with stamped envelopes (stickers and heat transfers) via USPS take 7–14 business days for U.S. orders and up to 21 business days for international orders.

If you do not receive your stamped envelope within 6 weeks of the shipping confirmation email, please email me at hello(AT)kesslerramirezart.com.

Tracked shipping: If you chose tracked shipping at checkout, your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail. This typically takes 1–3 business days from the date of shipping.

For flat items mailed in a stamped envelope (stickers, heat transfers, and mail club subscriptions), I ship worldwide.

For larger items and items with tracked shipping, I can only ship within the US.

If your mail contents arrive damaged from their journey, please email photos of the damage within 5 days of receipt to hello@kesslerramirezart.com.
